The Centre for Natural Products (CNP) is an innovation hub within Loyalist College with expertise in plant-based technologies.
The CNP specializes in working with start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to transform research results into high-quality and innovative products.
The CNP is part of a network of 60 NSERC-funded Technology Access Centres (TACs).
Technology Access Centres (TACs) offer R&D support services accessible to all entrepreneurs and innovators across Canada to contribute to developing a more inclusive innovation economy.
TAC members are the foremost leaders in college applied research and assisting Canadian entrepreneurs in developing new innovative products and solutions using technology.
Industry partners come to the CNP seeking solutions for product development, new ideas testing, analytical testing and validation, equipment demonstration and testing, compliance and documentation expertise, and skilled workforce training.
